四谷怪談 1959

三部早期較高水準的驚慄片。

鬼片鼻祖"四谷怪談" 1959的日本片，
看這部影片的時候年紀很少, 相信是跟大人去看的,
記得是在灣仔環球戲院看, 那時電影還沒有分級,
內容已很模糊了, 只記得有一鏡頭, 是一女子對鏡梳頭,
頭髮跟著梳子脫下！！！

倩女幽魂(1960年)

1960 年，邵氏拍了一部古裝電《倩女幽魂由樂蒂, 趙雷, 橋宏主演,
參加法國「康城影展」,影片沒有獲獎但是樂蒂艷驚四座，
獲譽為「中國最美麗的女明星」。當時的報紙描述樂蒂是清風為神玉為骨。
1963年，樂蒂憑黃梅調電影《梁山伯與祝英台》中祝英台一角，榮膺「第二屆金馬獎最佳女主角」，可惜1968年自殺身亡！

The Alamo 錦繡山河烈士血 1960

阿拉莫（英語Alamo，西班牙語Pappel）
是位於美國德州聖安東尼奧附近,
由一座由傳教站擴建成的要塞。
在德克薩斯獨立戰爭中曾發生了一段可歌可泣的歷史。
1835年10月一群美國拓荒者為找一個安身立命的地方,
一群殖民到了阿拉莫便留下來。
1836年3月德州宣佈脫離墨西哥獨立，成立德克薩斯共和國。
由前田納西州州長森·侯斯頓Sam Houston擔任總統
並親自擔任軍事總指揮。
由於兵力不足曾下令軍民撤離,
並準備堅壁清野, 拆毀Alamo,
但一群註軍及民眾決定組志願軍留守。
不久墨西哥獨裁者安東尼奧·安納
率軍7000人前來鎮壓，
200名軍人及婦孺死守城內。
血戰13天終被墨軍攻陷，
所有男性抵抗者戰死或被處死，
婦女和兒童得到赦免,
成為美國立國初期的一段重要歷史。

"給愛麗絲"這首耳熟能詳的音樂，很多人都懷疑, 到底愛麗絲是誰，
他為什麼寫這樣一首曲? 其實貝多芬一生中喜歡過三個女人，
其中一位名叫 Therese, 有學者考証, 可能這首歌本來應為
Fur Therese, 因這首曲的原譜，是貝多芬死後四十年才在幕尼黑發現的，
樂譜上寫著「給愛麗絲，四月二十七日，美麗的回憶，貝多芬」。
有人將之抄下及出版。由於貝多芬的字跡非常潦草,
結果Therese 變成了Elise！

馬賽曲 La Marseillaise

馬賽曲（La Marseillaise），法國國歌是1792年由Claude-Joseph Rouget de L'Isle,
在1792年4月25日晚作, 同年8月10日，馬賽志願軍前赴巴黎支援杜樂麗起義時高唱這歌，
因而得現名，馬賽曲亦因此並風行全法。1795年7月14日法國督政府宣布定此曲為國歌。
馬賽曲在其後的波旁王室復辟時期被禁。延至1830年七月革命過後，再次為人傳唱,
並由著名音樂家柏辽兹Hector Berlioz, 進行管弦樂編曲, 成為後來官方指定的管弦樂版本。
並在共和國憲法定明為共和國國歌。
馬賽曲的曲譜曾在1917年俄國二月革命後，被俄國臨時政府配上俄語新詞，作為俄國國歌，但隨即在十月革命後被廢。

《擒兇記》The Man Who Knew Too Much

大導演希自閣Alfred Hitchcock一共拍了兩部擒兇記, 一部是1934年的黑白片,
重拍的一部是1956年, 由占士史超域James Stewart, 桃麗絲黛Doris Day主演的
彩色片。講一對醫生及歌唱家夫婦，帶著兒子到摩洛哥旅行，本是一次單純的旅遊;
卻意外捲入一宗國際諜報陰謀，從一個垂死者的口中
得知英國一位重要的政治家（似影射邱吉爾）即將被某國策劃暗殺。
那些特務為堵夫婦二人之口，將他們的兒子綁架。
夫婦顧及兒子的安全，及政治危機事關重大，不敢驚動警方，
自行設法救子及救人。由桃麗絲黛唱的主題曲Que Sera Sera得了1956年
奧斯卡最佳歌曲金像獎。

英國統治香港百多年, 相信蘇格蘭風笛對香港人來說一定不會陌生,
而Scoutland the brave 更加耳熟能詳, 每次軍操表演或外國貴賓到訪,
此曲必會出場。全世界人每提起蘇格蘭歌曲必想起此曲,
很多人誤會這是他們的國歌, 其實他們的國歌是Flower of Scotland才對。
此曲在二十世紀初出現, 作者已不可考, 至1950一位名 Cliff Hanley的記者
加上曲詞。

1961年冷戰正烈, 蘇聯首席芭蕾舞團到歐洲表演, 在巴黎一站,
首席男星Rudolf Nureyev杜魯夫,雷里耶夫突然變節, 投奔自由,

雷里耶夫出生於西伯利亞, 父親是共產黨紅軍黨委書記,
自少便有跳舞天份, 進入列寧格肋舞校, 並成為基輔舞蹈團台柱,

逆年加入英國皇家芭蕾舞團與瑪歌芳婷Margot Fonteyn合作,

內容

一個剛被革除兵役的青年回到家鄉, 為了証明自已的男兒氣概,
第一件去做的事就是去嫖妓。
之後他重逢了在服兵役前追求的女孩子, 可是她對他若即若離。
後來他當了酒店的夜更接待員，又遇上呷醋丈夫夥同私家偵探捉姦，
跟著糊裡糊塗也做了私家偵探，任務是到一家鞋店當臥底，

The Strawberry Statement

1968美國紐約哥倫比亞省立大學準備拆卸一座
鄰近Harlem哈林區, 由黑人學生用的校舍,
改建為體育館, 黑人學生抗議, 左派學生支援,
佔據會堂,還引起右派學生對抗, 最終政府出動
SWAT特警隊以暴力清場。

當時正是越戰後期, 反戰思潮漫延全球,
對政府不滿情緒興起, 更涉及種族問題,
是一部以政治為背景的電影。
那時也是美國社會由保守踏進開放的年代,
大學生面對的是複習政治,
個人也接觸到性開放的問題。
這是一套很具爭議性的學運電影！

八十日環遊世界是一本由法國作家 Jules Verne於 1873寫成出版的小說。
1956由米高安德遜Michael Anderson拍成電影,
演員包括大衛尼雲David Niven, 馬利奧莫蘭奴Mario Moreno,
莎利麥蓮Shirley MacLaine, 還有小佩角法籣仙納杜拉,
用了680,000呎(128哩)長的菲林, 最後剪成22,000呎上影。
影片成本用了六百萬美元, 在140個地點拍攝, 包括英國,
法國, 印度, 西班牙, 泰國和日本, 加100個佈景,

Fiddler on the Roof 錦繡良緣(1971)

這是一套由小說改編成舞台劇(1964), 再拍成電影, 得了奧斯卡最佳電影,
最佳男主角杜博Chaim Topol, 最佳男配角 Leonard Frey(演大女婿),
背景是俄羅斯十月革命之前, 發生在一個很注重傳統的猶太小村莊內。
一對猶太人牛農夫婦, 生有五位女兒,
大女兒爭取自由戀愛, 二女兒愛上異族青年並私奔, 三女兒要追隨革命青年,
更由於種族問題被逼離鄉別井。
男主角Topol演活了一個從傳統和親情之間作了抉擇的慈父,
劇中其他演員演出也很精彩, 矛盾中見溫情, 淚水中有歡笑。
歌曲和舞蹈是百老匯之佳作, 攝影和取景也是高水準,
很多對白也令人會心微笑。
值得一看雨再看！
